Authorized access to press area
From these website you have access to a download area, which contains images,
press releases and a media archive. The access to the press area and if required
to the download area is exclusively restricted to journalists and press staff
and must not be accessed by users who do not meet these requirements. You are
responsible for showing that you belong to the area of journalists or press staff. You are liable to pay damages for all data, information and images you have downloaded by accessing the press area without being a member of the journalists or press staff. You have access to images in press releases and in the media archive and you get exclusively the following authorizations for their use. Copyrights or other proprietary notices which are on images, captions or other materials on the website must not be removed. RIAL reserves the right to revoke your authorization to display, download or use the images and the information available on the website at any time. When your permission to use is revoked, you commit yourself to stop
using the images, information and the website and to delete all images, information as well as their copies which are stored on digital data media or to destroy the data media. You possibly have to return all copies to RIAL if you are requested by RIAL to do so. You agree to immediately discontinue your use of the images and information, if you are requested to do so by RIAL.
Use
Each use of the images of the RIAL GmbH is subject to these terms of use. The
images, data and information belonging to RIAL are basically only released
to journalists and press staff unless otherwise stipulated. The electronic storage of image data, data transfer and any other duplication is only permitted in the context of the general production processes and for the duration of the legal and intended use.
Alterations of the conditions
RIAL reserves the right to change these terms of business and use without prior
notice. These terms are the entire agreement between RIAL and you in connection
with the use of these website, data, information and images.
Data protection
The user is hereby informed that according to the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz, TDDSG), the German State Treaty on Media Services (Mediendienstestaatsvertrag, MDStV), the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) as well as other data protection regulations the personal data which is entered at registration to the press distribution list are exclusively machine-readably stored, processed and used for the purpose the user has stated, unless consent is given for another kind of use.
RIAL is entitled to collect, process, store, and use the personal data of the user about the use of services, if it is necessary to enable the user to make use of this service. Consequently, the data entered for the purpose of operating the available service will be collected, stored, and processed by RIAL, if the user registers at RIAL for the press distribution list. In addition, RIAL is entitled to access this data in order to maintain the serviceability. RIAL guarantees that this data will be handled confidentially.

Consents can be revoked by the user at any time for the future. For this reason the agreement of use can be cancelled and all data will be deleted by RIAL.
